Section 19 in The Gujarat Higher Secondary Schools Services Tribunal Act, 1983
19. Repeal and savings.
(1)The Gujarat Higher Secondary Schools Services Tribunal Ordinance, 1983 (Gujarat Ordinance 2 of 1983), is hereby repealed.(2)Notwithstanding such repeal, anything done or any action taken under the said Ordinance shall be deemed to have been done or taken under this Act.
