96. Officer to appear in proceeding before Industrial Court.
- The [State] [This word was substituted for the word 'Provincial' by the Aadaptation of Laws order, 1950.] Government may direct any officer to appear in any proceeding before the Industrial Court by giving notice to such Court and on such notice being given such officer shall be entitled to appear in such proceeding.
