Section 8(1)(a) in Tamil Nadu Cultivating Tenants Arrears of Rent (Relief) Act, 1990

(a)No application shall be made for the eviction for non-payment of the current rent and no suit shall be filed for the recovery of such current rent against any cultivating tenant till the 31st day of March 1991.
