Section 11 in The U.P. Rice and Paddy (Levy and Regulation of Trade) Order, 1985
11. Permit for custom milling.
- No licensed rice miller shall undertake custom milling of paddy except under and in accordance with a permit in the form set out in Schedule IV issued by the Controller or an officer authorised by him in this behalf.
