(1)The Mica Control Order, 1940, in its application to the [State] [Substituted by A.L.O.] of Bihar, is hereby repealed.(2)Any order, direction, permit, licence or appointment issued, given, granted or made or deemed to be issued, given, granted or made under the said Order and in force immediately before the commencement of this Act, shall continue in force and be deemed to be an order, direction, permit, licence or appointment issued, given, granted or made under this Act; and anything done and any action taken in exercise of any power conferred by or under the said Order shall be deemed to have been made, done or taken in exercise of the powers conferred by or under this Act.
