5. Term of office of non-official members.
(1)The Non-official members of the Commission shall hold office for such period, as may be specified by the Government, but not exceeding five years.(2)Subject to the provisions of this Act, Non-official member, except one who is removed under sub-section (2) of section 6 shall be eligible for renomination only once.
