Section 1 in The Code of Civil Procedure, Svt. 1977 (1920 A.D.)
1. Short title, extent and commencement.
- (i) This Act may be cited as Code of Civil Procedure (Act X of Svt. 1977).(ii)It extends to the whole of Jammu and Kashmir State. It shall come into force on the 1st day of Baisakh, 1978.
