At request of Mr. Balbir Singh, learned Additional Solicitor General, appearing on behalf of the appellant/Union of India, in order to enable them to file an affidavit in response to the reply affidavit dated 14.08.2020, filed FAO(OS) (COMM) 82/2020 Page 1 of 2 on behalf of the Bharat Biotech International Ltd., the respondent herein, the hearing of the appeal is adjourned.
Let the affidavit in response be filed within a period of two weeks from today with an advance copy to learned counsel appearing on the other side, who may file a response thereto, if any, within a period of two weeks thereafter.
