Section 22(1) in The M.P. Chechak Tika Adhiniyam, 1968
(1)Whoever contravenes, or fails to comply with, any provisions of, or any requisition made under-(a)sub-section (1) or (2) of Section 9;(b)sub-section (3) of Section 10;(c)sub-section (1), (3) or (4) of Section 11;(d)Section 13 read with relevant provisions of Section 10 or 11; or(e)sub-section (2) of Section 14 or sub-section (3) thereof read with relevant provisions of Section 10;shall be punished with fine which may extend to one hundred rupees; and if such contravention or failure to comply is continued after conviction, with an additional fine which may extend to five rupees for each day on which such contravention or failure is continued.
