22. Powers of Board to alter schemes.
- The Board may, with the previous approval of the Commission, make any alteration in any scheme so long as the aggregate amount sanctioned for the scheme is not exceeded. A report of the alteration shall be sent to the Government in such form and within such time as may be prescribed.
