Section 6(2) in Andhra Pradesh Tourism Authority (Constitution, Functions and Powers) Rules, 2016
(2)The local authority concerned shall, notwithstanding anything contained in any other law for the time being in force, act in accordance with the advice or direction in writing, if any, given by the Authority in respect of any area comprised in a Special Tourism Zone and it shall intimate to the Authority such action as so taken by it.
