Section 10(1) in The City of Panaji Corporation Act, 2002
(1)In the seats to be filled in by election in the Corporation there shall be seats reserved for persons belonging to the Scheduled Castes, the Scheduled Tribes, Other Backward Classes and women, as may be determined by the State Election Commissioner, in consultation with the Government;
