Section 13(1) in Bihar Special Survey and Settlement Act, 2011
(1)Consolidation operations, as provided in The Bihar Consolidation of Holdings & Prevention of Fragmentation Act, 1956 shall be made in the revenue villages covered by special survey and settlement under this Act. The workforce engaged in special survey and settlement may be engaged, as per need, in Consolidation operations.
