Section 167(1) in The Indian Post Office Rules, 1933
(1)The remitter in India of a telegraphic foreign money order may, on receipt o f information from the office of issue in India that the order has not been paid, require that the name or address of the payee or both shall be altered or that the amount shall be repaid to him.
