ORDER
1. Shri Mahindra Singh Dahiyafiled anapplication under the Right to Information Act, 2005 (RTI Act) before the Central Public Information Officer (CPIO),Outer District, Delhi Police seeking information on seven pointsincluding (i) records on the basis of which information in response to his RTI application dated 04.10.2013 was provided, (ii) the evidence available with the Police on the basis of which a report was filed in the court pertaining to one Shri Manoj Sharma and (iii) the reasons for not complying with the orders of the Court pertaining to RTI No. 36 dated 14.05.2012 even after three and half years.

2. The appellant filed a second appeal dated 22.01.2016 before the Commission on the grounds that incorrect information has been provided to him. The appellant requested the Commission to direct the CPIO and the FAA to provide the information sought by him.
Hearing:
3. Both the appellant Shri Mahindra Singh Dahiya and the respondent Shri Ashok Kumar, Inspector, Outer District, Delhi Police were present in person.
4. The appellant submitted that he had sought copy of the records on the basis of which he was informed in respect of a RTI application dated 04.10.2013 that a matter titled Smt. Ved Kaur v. Shri Mahindra Singh Dahiyaunder Section 156(3) Cr.P.C 1973 is pending trial. The appellant further submitted that he had also sought information regarding the status of DD Nos. 76B and 18B dated 23.02.2015 and 23.03.2015 respectively.
5. The respondent submitted that point wise information as per available records has been provided to the appellant vide letter dated 24.09.2015. Hence, no further information remains to be provided to the appellant.
Decision:
6. The Commission, after hearing the submissions of both the parties and perusing the records, directs the respondent to provide the information on the basis of which the appellant was informed in respect of a RTI application dated 04.10.2013 that a matter titled Smt. Ved Kaur v. Shri Mahindra Singh Dahiyaunder Section 156(3) Cr.P.C 1973 is pending trial. The Commission further directs the respondent to also inform the appellant about the status of DD Nos. 76B and 18B dated 23.02.2015 and 23.03.2015 respectively. The above directions of the Commission shall be complied with, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

7. With the above observations, the appeal is disposed of.
8. Copy of the decision be provided free of cost to the parties.
