Section 37C in The Bengal Land-Revenue Sales Act, 1859
37C. [ Return of purchase-money in certain cases] [Sections 37C to 37D inserted by Bengal Act 7 of 1942.]. - Where a sale is set aside under section 37B, the purchaser shall be entitled to an order for repayment of his purchase-money with or without interest as the Collector may direct.
