Section 13 in The Kerala Minimum Wages Rules, 1958
13. Chairman.
(1)The Chairman shall preside at the meetings of the Committee or the Board as the case may be.(2)In the absence of the Chairman at any meeting the members shall elect from amongst themselves on member, by a majority of votes, who shall preside at such meeting.
