Section 16(5) in The Kota Open University Act, 1987
(5)Notwithstanding anything contained in sub-section (3) or sub-section (4), the Chancellor shall have power to amend, after consultation with the State Government, whether by adding, deleting or in any other manner, the Statutes contained in the Schedule within a period of one year from the commencement of this Act.
