(e)"Chairman" means the Chairman of the Advisory Board [or] [Inserted by Punjab Government Notification No. 9110/8801-Lab.-58/68593, dated 28.8.1958.] the committee or sub-committee [ - ] or the Advisory Sub-Committees as the case may be, appointed under section 9;
