Section 16A(2) in The Rajasthan Zamindari and Biswedari Abolition Rules, 1959

(2)It shall be filed within two years of commencement of the Rajasthan Zamindari and Biswedari Abolition (Amendment) Act, 1960 (Rajasthan Act No. 35 of 1960) or the date of vesting, whichever is later.
