Section 265(1) in Bihar Building and Other Construction Workers (Regulation of Employment and Conditions of Service) Rules, 2005
(1)The Board may as soon as may be after coming into force to these rules, constitute a Fund by name "The Bihar Building and Other Construction Workers Welfare Fund" in accordance with the provision of the Act and these rules.
