Section 4(1) in The Supplementary Nutrition (under the Integrated Child Development Services Scheme) Rules, 2015
(1)The ICDS is a self-selecting scheme and the entitlements, as mentioned in clause (a) of section 4, clause (a) of sub-section (1) of section 5 and section 6 shall be available to those who enrol themselves and visit the nearest anganwadi centre during its working hours, as notified by the State Government or the Union Territory Administration from time to time.
