Section 104 in Employees' State Insurance (General) Regulations, 1950
104. Production of document for medical benefit.-
A person intending toclaim medical benefit, and who is otherwise entitled to such benefit, shall produce his identity Card or such other document as may have been issued in lieu thereof at the time of claiming such benefit if demanded by the Insurance Medical Officer and if he fails'to do so, medical benefit may be refused to him.
