Section 17 in Peraringnar Anna Centenary Co-operative Milk Producers Welfare Fund Rules, 2010

17. Constitution of the Committee.

- The Committee shall consist of the following members namely:-
(a) The Commissioner for Milk Production andDairy Development Chairman
(b) Additional Registrar / Deputy MilkCommissioner (Co-operation) Member Secretary
(c) General Manager (Finance) of Tamil NaduCo-operative Milk Producers' Federation Ltd. Member
(d) Three General Managers of Union nominated bythe Commissioner Member
(e) Three Deputy Registrars (Dairying) nominatedby the Commissioner Members
Provided that the nomination of the General Manager of the union and Deputy Registrar (Dairying) by the Commissioner shall be on rotation basis, and the term of the nominated members of the Committee shall not exceed two years.
