(11)The Government has reserved the right to all stone quarries or all mines, minerals, minerals oils, natural gas or petroleum and of all buried treasures with full liberty to search for and work the same. Compensation shall be paid to the lessee for any damage caused to the building or structure due to work executed for the above reason.
