Section 31(1) in Rajasthan Juvenile Justice (Care and Protection of Children) Rules, 2002
(1)For the children in urgent need of care and protection, such as destitutes, street children and run-away children, the State Government shall support creation of the requisite number of shelter homes or drop-in-centres through the voluntary organisations.
