Section 2 in The Maharashtra Medical Council Rules, 1967
2. Interpretation.
- In these rules, unless the context requires otherwise, -(a)"Act" means the Maharashtra Medical Council Act, 1965 (Mah. XLVI of 1965);(b)"Form" means a form appended to these Rules;(c)"Section" means a section of the Act.
