The Court : The executor says that the administration of the estate is complete and though formal assent to the legacy may not have been recorded, the only immovable property covered by the Will has been duly partitioned amongst the legatees in accordance with the Will.
One of the legatees, Hazari Prasad Roy Chowdhury, completely disagrees with the executor's claim and alleges that a false statement has sought to be made in the supplementary affidavit which has been filed on behalf of the executor today.
The executor will put all legatees and possible intestate heirs of the deceased on notice that this matter will appear a fortnight hence. Copies of the supplementary affidavit should be made available to all legatees for the legatees to express their views thereon.
