Section 25(1) in Dr. Sarvepalli Radhakrishnan Rajasthan Ayurved University, Jodhpur Act, 2002
(1)The Vice-Chancellor shall be the principal executive and academic officer of the University and shall, in the absence of the Chancellor, preside at any convocation of the University. He shall be an ex-officio member and Chairman of the Board of Management, Academic Council and of the Committees constituted under section 50. He shall be entitled to be present with the right to speak, at any meeting of any other authority or body of the University, but shall not be entitled to vote there at unless he is a member of that authority or body.
