Section 6(2)(ii) in Jammu and Kashmir Rights of Persons with Disabilities Act, 2018

(ii)prior permission of a Committee for Research on Disability constituted in the prescribed manner for the purpose by the Government in which not less than half of the Members shall themselves be either persons with disabilities or Members of the registered organisation as defined under clause (za) of section 2.
