Section 11(1) in Uttar Pradesh Rajarshi Tandon Open University Act, 1999
(1)The Vice-Chancellor shall be a whole time The Vice salaried officer of the University and shall be Chancellor appointed by the Chancellor in such manner, for such terms and on such emoluments and other conditions of service as may be prescribed;
