Prayer in CRM-30432 of 2022 is for withdrawal of the main petition seeking regular bail in FIR No. 16 dated 14.7.2021, under Section 7 of the Prevention of Corruption Act, 1988 as amended by P.C. (Amendment) Act, 2018 and Sections 420, 465, 467, 468, 471 and 120B IPC, registered at Police Station Vigilance Bureau Range, Amritsar.
Notice to the non-applicant.
Mr. Vipin Pal Yadav, Addl. AG, Punjab appearing on advance notice accepts the same. He has no objection to the acceptance of the prayer of the applicant.
For the reasons mentioned in the application, the same is allowed. The date of hearing in the main petition is preponed from 17.10.2022 to today itself.
With the consent of both the parties, the main petition is taken on Board and is permitted to be withdrawn.
