1. Petitioners seek quashing of FIR No. 258/2019 of PS Mohan Garden for offence under Section 384/34 IPC on the ground that the respondent no. 2 (complainant de facto) has compromised the disputes with the petitioners.
2. In view of nature of allegations, after addressing partly, learned counsel for petitioners, on instructions of both petitioners present in courtroom, seeks permission to withdraw this petition.
3. As requested, the petition and the accompanying application are dismissed as withdrawn.
