69. Removal of difficulties.
- If any difficulty arises as to the first constitution or reconstitution of any authority of the Vishwavidyalaya after commencement of this Act, or otherwise in giving effect to the provisions of this Act, the State Government, as the occasion may require, may by order do anything which appears to it necessary for the purpose of removing the difficulty.
