Section 64(4)(a) in Jammu and Kashmir Civil Services (Leave) Rules, 1979

(a)On completion of the course of study the Government servant shall submit to the authority which granted him the study leave, certificates of examination passed or special courses of study undertaken, indicating the date of commencement and termination of the course with their remarks, if any, of the authority incharge of the course of study.
