Section 33(1) in The Goa, Daman and Diu Labour Welfare Fund Act, 1986
(1)The Government may by notification, authorise any authority or officer to exercise any of the powers vested in them or under this Act except the power to make rules under section 37 and may in like manner withdraw such authority.
