Section 3(1) in The Haryana Kisan Kalyan Pradhikaran Act, 2018
(1)The Government shall, by notification and with effect from such date, as may be specified in the notification, establish, for the purposes of this Act, a Pradhikaran to be known as the Haryana Kisan Kalyan Pradhikaran with headquarter at such place, as the Government may, specify.
