(3)[ This section and sections 2, 3, 4, 4-A, 4-B, 4-C, 15-A, 18-A, 26-A, 28 to 34 (both inclusive), sub-section (2) of section 39, section 42, sub-section (3) of section 43 and sections 57, 57-A, 57-B, 58, 75-A, 76, 77, 77-A, 77-B, 77-C, 82 and 83 and the provisions of the [Sixth Schedule] [Substituted by Act 115 of 1976, Section 2, for sub-Section (3) (w.e.f. 8.10.1976). ][shall come into force at once.] [Substituted by Act 115 of 1976, Section 2, for sub-Section (3) (w.e.f. 8.10.1976). ]
