Section 2(p) in The Transplantation Of Human Organs and Tissues Act, 1994
(p)transplantation means the grafting of any [human organ or tissue or both] [Substituted for the words "human organ" by Act 16 of 2011, Section 4.] from any living person or deceased person to some other living person for therapeutic purposes.
