Section 19(1) in Andhra Pradesh Irrigation Utilisation and Command Area Development Act, 1984
(1)The irrigation Officer shall, having regard to the availability of water and other factors, have power to regulate the supply of water from an irrigation system up to and below a pipe outlet and specify;(a)the time for letting out water for irrigation ;(b)the duration of supply;(c)the quantity of supply; and(d)the different areas to be supplied at different times.Explanation. - Water shall be deemed to have been supplied if it is made available, whether or not it is used for irrigation of land under a pipe outlet.
