Section 7E in The Employees’ Provident Funds And Miscellaneous Provisions Act, 1952
7E. Term of office.—
The Presiding Officer of a Tribunal shall hold office for a term of five years from the date on which he enters upon his office or until the attains the age of sixty-two years, whichever is earlier.
