Section 73B(5)(b) in Andhra Pradesh Co-Operative Societies Rules, 1964

(b)Any person aggrieved by an order by the Managing Committee may prefer an appeal to the Registrar of Co-operative Societies and the decision of the said Registrar of Co-Operative Societies shall be final.
