Section 12(6) in Assam Madrassa Education (Provincialisation of Services of Employees and Re-Organization of Madrassa Educational Institutions) Act, 2018
(6)All teachers whose services have been provincialised shall raider their services under the control and supervision of the Head of the institution and if so required their services may be utilized in the lower classes for smooth running of the concerned Educational Institution.
