195. Electronic device for overtaking.
- The State Transport Authority may by notification in the Official Gazette direct that all or any class of transport vehicles or transport vehicles plying in specified areas or routes shall be fitted with an electronic device of make and specifications approved by the State Transport Authority, which would amplify in the driver's cabin of the vehicle, the horn sound of a vehicle approaching from the rear and intending to overtake the vehicle.
