129. Registrar and other officers to be public servants.
- The Registrar, a person exercising the powers of the Registrar, a person authorised to audit the account of a society under Section 82, or to hold an inquiry under Section 84, or to make an inspection under Section 86, and a person appointed as an administrator under Section 79, or as a nominee or board of nominees under Section 97, or as a Liquidator under Section 107 shall be deemed to be public servants within the meaning of Section 21 of the Indian Penal Code.
