1. This is a batch of petitions which pertain to an issue on hoardings on different buildings including heritage building. The issue was before the Division Bench of this Court in proceedings of Writ Petition No. 1132 of 2002. As informed by Mr. Reis, learned counsel for the Municipal Corporation, such petition was disposed of by an order dated 30 July, 2012. However, as to what would be the position in respect of hoardings on heritage buildings would be the issue which the parties would intend to address in the present proceedings.
