Section 2(e) in Andhra Pradesh Educational Institutions (Regulation of Admissions and Prohibition of Capitation Fee) Act, 1983
(e)'management' means the managing committee or the governing body by whatever name called of an educational institution to which the affairs of the said institution are entrusted and where such affairs are entrusted to any other name, include also such person ;
