53.
A representation made to the Ombudsman shall. -(a)be in writing and signed by the person making it,(b)give the name and address of the aggrieved person,(c)contain the details of the complaint including the order of the Forum, and,(d)contain a declaration to the effect that the subject matter of the representation is not under consideration in any proceeding before the Commission/Appellate Tribunal for Electricity or any court of law.
