Section 11(1) in The Orissa (State) Council of Culture Rules, 1990
(1)The funds of the State Council shall consist of the following :(a)the Foundation Fund;(b)grants sanctioned by the Governor;(c)amounts allotted or grants sanctioned by Government of India, State Government and other organisations in the public, corporate or private sectors,(d)donation, bequesis or other transfer made by organisations or individuals;(e)deposits from the creative artists inhabiting the Kalagram Centre of the Kalamandal;(f)advertisement charges;(g)income from the investments, assets, programmes and publications of the State Council; and(h)other miscellaneous receipts;
