Section 48(8)(a) in The Goa, Daman and Diu Secondary and Higher Secondary Education Rules, 1975

(a)He/She shall instruct the candidates to check the number of pages in the answer book serially. In case of missing pages in an answer book, if identified, before writing answers on it, the answer book shall be replaced. It shall otherwise be reported for further action.
